Simple letting Service

  • In providing this, our basic service, we will:
    •
      1. Endeavour to take up references where time permits bearing in mind short let tenants are normally abroad.
      2. Ensure that an appropriate tenancy agreement is signed by the Landlord and the Tenant (Note paragraph 3 below for costs of preparation of the Tenancy Agreement).
      3. Demand/collect the rent paying net to you.
      4. Arrange for an inventory to be taken at the commencement and checked at the termination of the tenancy if required (Note paragraph 3 for costs of such an inventory).
      5. Arrange for gas, telephone, electricity and council tax accounts to be put into the name of the tenant and into your name on the termination of the Tenancy

    Our duties will not include the performance of any management service.
